Shibuya Ward, in collaboration with private enterprises, operates the “S-Startups” program, which recognizes and supports startups that deliver new value from Shibuya while taking on global challenges. As one of the inaugural companies certified under this program, NERON Inc. was selected in the spring of 2023. We believe that companies aiming to expand into international markets in the fields of biotechnology and well-being face an increasing need to adapt to diverse domestic and international demands and regulations.
